Today is the day to take action - don't put it off any longer!

Change your life: Single daily action

24 March, 2014

If you are trying to reach a specific goal, or want to embark on a project but are having trouble getting started or motivated, a good strategy is to take action towards it on a daily basis.

No matter how small or simple it is, some action is better than none, and soon you will start to gather momentum and begin to rocket towards reaching your target.

Say for example your goal is to improve your health and fitness. You could:

  • choose to use the stairs at work instead of the lift; or
  • make a point of drinking 8 glasses of water every day.
“Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” — Martin Luther King

Or perhaps your goal is to write a novel or short story. You might then choose to write just one paragraph or page a day.

The most important thing is to GET INTO ACTION.

Not only will you feel much more positive, you will soon start to see the results.

For the coming week decide for yourself:

  • What is/are your goal(s)?
  • What will your Single Daily Action(s) be?

Try taking a daily action based on your answers and see what happens.

Here’s to an extraordinarily productive week!
